TERMS & CONDITIONS

All terms and conditions are in relation to the supply of products and services from ‘4ColourPrints.Com’ this includes purchasing via auction websites, 4colourprints.com and direct via email, in person or over the telephone. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By ordering any of our Products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

PRIVACY POLICY
The personal data (for instance name, address, payment information) you have provided us with will be used for the fulfilment and processing your order and nothing else. Our goods are delivered by courier and this company will be given access to your data as far as this is necessary to fulfil the delivery of the goods.

RETURNS & COMPLAINTS
All faults or problems must be reported to us via e-mail within 7 days after the item has been received, please note that the carriage costs can not be reimbursed, also we may require that you post us a number of samples of the final print job to asses whether you qualify for a refund or a replacement, this is just a security measure to stop customers abusing the policy, in most cases complaints can be solved with a reprint of the job.

Returns of any kind must be agreed to by us in writing/e-mail before we can accept any returns and be with good cause, i.e. wrong print or wrong quantity etc.. 4colourprints can not be held responsible for misprints due to artwork being incorrect as this is the responsibility of the designer also we can not take responsibility of this in the case of one of our designers doing the design and the proof being agreed and signed for print to by yourself or a member of your staff, so please make sure you are happy with any proofs provided before giving us a go ahead.

Slight deviations in colour reproductions from the original are to be expected, regardless of production technique, and cannot be rejected. Proofs and print-outs will differ slightly and are expected even if they have been designed by us.

Faulty parts of the delivered goods do not warrant rejection of the complete delivery.

Complaints made solely because you have failed to heed the information on requirements for the print data cannot be raised. This shall apply for :-

 - Print resolution (Which should be minimum 300dpi)
 - Colour Mode (Which should be in CMYK)
 - Embedded Texts (Which should be flattened/rasterised/converted to paths)

We have the right to choose between repair or replacement of faulty goods which we have delivered, and for which we have assumed liability. Should repair fail, the client will be offered a reduced purchase price.

PRICE MATCH

We endeavour to match any genuine price , providing it is a product of the same specification, although we shall try we do not have to in any circumstance match a price which we feel we can not or should not, proof of price shall be needed (website / invoice / receipt etc..), also we will only match prices up to the point of sale once a sale has taken place you will not be eligible for price matches.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If orders are cancelled or refunded, these shall be done up to 75% of the order value to cover admin fee's and costs.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

All the specified delivery schedules on the site or advertised are to be used as guidelines, although we shall try our best to make sure you receive your goods on time we can not guarantee that all goods will be 100% delivered on time due to it being out of our hands once in the post process. 99.9% of all of our goods are delivered on time, someone shall be required to be present at the delivery address on the date of delivery as a signature of delivery of goods shall be needed.

PRINT DATA
You must carefully check the print data (addresses / telephone numbers etc..) to determine whether it is suitable for the order before sending it to us. The customer alone will bear the risk of any errors in the printed Products owing to incorrect data supplied, please make sure your bleeding is correct and that the design of your artwork is in a minimum of 300dpi and CMYK colour mode RGB is not acceptable.

TRADE PATENT RIGHTS AND COPYRIGHTS
The client bears sole responsibility, if, by the implementation of his order the rights of a third party, in particular copyrights, are violated. The client declares that he is in possession of the copying and reproduction rights for the documents handed over. The client releases us of any corresponding claims from third parties concerning violation of rights.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event).

A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond its reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:

- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war
  (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural
  disaster.
- Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other
  means of public or private transport.
- Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.

PAYMENTS
We expect payments before orders are printed and delivered & only once we have received your payment in full shall your print process begin & be delivered.

THE RIGHT TO VARY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Only authorised staff of 4ColourPrints, hold the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products from us, unless any change to these policies or terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to these policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Order Confirmation (in which case we have the right to assume that you have accepted the change to the terms and conditions.
